Now this is a little better

If you are reading this then you have made the journey to our new blog! After reading some friends blogs, I decided our's was a little blah! For those of you just joining, you can read our previous entries at leandmatt.myblogsky.com

So this is where we are at....10 weeks 6 days of waiting. I am about to go nuts! You see waiting is just not my cup of tea. I missed the "patience" handout from above because I was too impatient to wait in line! LOL. So I really think this is the good Lord trying to teach me a lesson here....if so He is doing a good job!

Not much has changed since the last post on the old site. We are still waiting to here some news. They did send us a letter saying that our case file has been fully activated...so time to send them more money! :-) How is it with every good bit of news we get there seems to be a $ figure tied to it! Oh well....another check and a stamp off we go! We signed up to be on the fast track program, but since then there have been no phone calls saying we might have a match. I broke down and called a couple of weeks ago to see how many profiles had been mailed out since we switched programs....only 2. How is this much faster than what we were on before? I told you I am impatient! Thank goodness, heaven and stars, for my wonderful Husband - Matthew. Have I told everyone how great he is lately? Well he is just the best. He keeps me grounded and focused....and loves me and all my quirks....so we are very happy.

Here's hoping the Lord says "Happy Birthday" to me with a wonderful little 6 to 8 lb bundle of joy...or even Valentine's Day. Matthew has already made reservations for our romantic little evening.....they always say make plans and then something will happen...here's hoping!
