Spring is Here!

This picture was taken this morning after Patrick had his pictures made with a live rabbit and a baby duck. We decided since he was in a good mood and all dressed up we would take a few more pictures before heading home. The outfit he has on was purchased by my mom for Easter. Well I don't think we are going to fit in it for that day or for my Grandmother's wedding (which is two weeks after Easter). You see Big Boy is very long waisted and the outfit is getting a little short in the stride. Guess we know to buy 24 months in church clothes now!

Also a sign our boy is getting big. We went to the Stride Rite store after having our picture taken. It has been a little difficult getting shoes on in the morning so I figured while we were out we would get him re-sized and I would come home and purchase his shoes on-line. Well if you read our previous post at the beginning of February you would know that our boy was in a 3.5 EE. Well not even two whole months later - drum roll please.....5.5 EE for tennis shoes and 5 E for sandals. No wonder this week has been so tough! A 5.5 will give him at least two months worth of growing room without being huge on his feet. Thank goodness for my neighbor across the street who passed down her son's 5.5 EE athletic shoes.

So Spring has Sprung...and so has Patrick's Growth.

Next Tuesday he will be 11 months old....my how time flies!
