We did get some white stuff this morning for about an hour or so. Patrick had his first "snow day" and he and his dad stayed home in anticipation of a little snow. I, on the other hand, had to go for training. I missed seeing the snow falling down at home, but did enjoy driving in the pelting ice. Although we didn't get as much as my family in Louisiana, we did get some. As for all those who live in the North, you can keep your snow days! One is enough for this household! Patrick and the rest of the family have a little cabin fever. We didn't venture out of the house due to all of the ice on the roads. We were more worried about all those who think they know how to drive in icy conditions than the ice itself!
As the snow was falling, Matthew said all Patrick kept saying as he watched from inside "Oh, it's snowing!" over and over again...awww the innocence...can I bottle that please!

Amen, girl! No More Snow Days Please!!! I didn't enjoy it quite as much as the kids did, but thankfully they didn't cancel school here! LOL
