Doctors, Doctors, and more Doctors

Well this week has been all about doctor visits. On Monday we went to Patrick's first pediatrician visit. He is now up to 8 lbs 3 oz. That is 11 oz in 9 days! Told ya'll he likes to eat! His Dr. said he looks perfect and that he would see us in 6 weeks for his first round of shots. Today we went to the hospital to have his circumcision performed. He did fantastic. The urologist said that he was a great little patient. We then had to go back to the pediatrician's office to get blood work that is required by UT when he turns 2 weeks old (which is today). Well just our luck the lab tech (the only person who knew how to perform this test) is out sick today. So orders were written and we went to the hospital across the street for that. Needless to say Patrick was ready to get home as well as his parents!

We are doing fantastic. Patrick enjoyed his visit from his great grandparents early this week. His Auntie Bridge is coming this weekend to shower him with tons of kisses. His Pappa T, Aunt Mary Claire, Aunt Jo, Maw Maw Kat, Mrs. Darlene, and possibly Aunt Cathy/Uncle David and Candace are coming to visit next week. He can't wait to meet everyone.
