It's becoming a habit...

Well just like the past month...every other weekend we end up at the pediatric after hours clinic with the same outcome - ear infection. So for those of you keeping up....we are on number 4 in the last month. We seem to finish up a 10 day round of antibiotics on a Wed and end up at the Dr office the following weekend with a new one. Now we have an ear infection in the left ear. So we are on a different round of antibiotics for the third time. He is absolutely pitiful looking. At least we know what his low grade temp for the last week has been from. So a rough afternoon to round out our holiday weekend.

We did go home to see my folks and to celebrate my dad and brother-in-law's birthdays (Sept 12 and 2nd respectively). My favorite college football team won this weekend, while Matthew's showed great potential for the season but came short of the W.

Hope everyone had a safe Labor day. I can't wait for Fall to really arrive!

P.S. It was two weeks exactly yesterday that we went to the dr. for his third ear infection...he weighed 16 lbs 10 ozs then...well two weeks and one day later - 17 lbs 10 ozs...yes folks that is 1lb in two weeks! Told you he is a big boy!
