I guess it's the concept that counts...

When Matthew and I discussed how we were going to raise our children, we both agreed that our children would say "yes sir", "no sir", "yes ma"m" and "no ma'm".

So everytime Patrick says 'No' or 'Uhuh (that is Yes)' we try to reinforce the sir and ma'm.

Well while Patrick was sitting with me this morning, I asked him a question. He said "No" so I said can you say "No" he repeateedd. I then said "Ma'm". He then said - "No momma". I thought it was cute. A few minutes later I asked him a question and he said "Uhuh Momma". So I guess it's the concept and not so much the content.

Got to love kids!

Aww, don't you love this age? They are so rough but can be so sweet. :) Wesley said yes ma'am tonight for the first time -- with a lot of coaxing, of course. Haha!

So cute! We are trying to get Manze to say "Yes ma'am and no ma'am and etc." too! It was good to see you at Emma's party! Patrick is just precious!
