The End to Soccer Season

On Tuesday night we played our last soccer game for the Spring Season...and it all finally clicked for him. We didn't touch the soccer ball with our hands one time, and we actually ran with the crowd trying to get the ball.This was a major accomplishment since we started off the season with wanting to run while holding the ball in our hands......having a meltdown during our first game when we learned we all had to play with ONE ball...

...and playing in the dirt spot in the middle of the field while the rest of the game continued on around him...
But we all survived the season with no injuries to report and having lots of fun! Thanks to our wonderful Coach Steven and the rest of the Green Team for such a great season!

On Thursday night we all met up at Winner's Circle Park to celebrate the end of soccer season with some swinging and sliding, yummy pizza and best of all award ceremony! The kids loved their trophies - but were disappointed when they found out that they don't open and there was nothing inside! We can't wait for the Fall Season to Start!
